This policy explains what information Brea collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the principle is simple: your data is yours, and Brea only touches what you ask it to.

What we collect

• Account details - your name, email or phone number, and billing information.
• Messages you send Brea - the instructions and context you share so a task can be completed.
• Connected tools - only the specific apps and scopes you explicitly authorize, for as long as you keep them connected.
• Usage data - basic, aggregated information about reliability and performance.

How we use it

We use your information to run the tasks you request, operate and improve the service, process payments, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the contents of your tasks to train third-party models.

Your private workspace

Each Brea runs in its own dedicated, isolated environment. You control which tools it can reach, see a reviewable history of everything it does, and can pause, disconnect, or shut it down at any time.

Data retention

You can delete your task history at any time. When you close your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and revoke any connected tool, from your account settings. To make a request or ask a question, email privacy@brea.ai.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will let you know before they take effect.
