These terms govern your use of Brea. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using Brea

Brea completes tasks on your behalf across the apps and tools you connect. You are responsible for the instructions you give it and for the actions it takes at your direction, including any payments, bookings, or messages it sends.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Brea for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Don't use Brea to access systems or data you aren't authorized to use.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual plans are discounted and billed for the full year up front. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Availability

We work hard to keep Brea running reliably, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time, and will give notice of material changes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time.
