AI for bookkeepers
Brea reads your clients' QuickBooks files and your inbox, drafts the questions and reminders you would write, and keeps the close board current. Nothing goes to a client until you approve it.

Things to text Brea
Uncategorized questions
Every morning, pull the uncategorized transactions from QuickBooks, group them by client, and draft one plain-language question email per client for me to approve.
Brea reads each ledger, writes the questions with dates and amounts, and sends them once you say go.
Missing document chase
On the 1st, 8th, and 15th of each month, check which clients haven't sent last month's bank statements and email each one a reminder.
Brea checks your inbox for what arrived and asks again only the clients whose statement is still missing.
- Reminders on a schedule
Close board
On the 5th of each month, make a Google Sheet with every client, which accounts are reconciled for last month's close, and what's blocked, then post the blocked list in our Slack channel.
Brea builds the checklist from QuickBooks and shares what is holding up the close.
Payout check
Every Friday, compare this week's Stripe payouts with the deposits in QuickBooks and text me anything that doesn't match.
Brea lines up both sides and sends only the differences.

How bookkeepers text Brea
Brea acts. You stay in charge.
Brea does the work, but nothing important happens without you. Your agent runs in its own private, isolated workspace.
You approve what matters
Before Brea sends, deletes, shares, or changes a setting, it asks you in iMessage. Reply allow, always, or deny.
Every payment is yours to approve
Brea pays only after you approve the payment in Link by Stripe. Each purchase uses a new one-time card.
Passwords stay out of chat
You save site logins on a secure Brea page, not in a text. They are encrypted, and the AI never sees them.
You control what it remembers
See and delete what Brea remembers about you, or just ask it to forget.
By now your agent could already have started.
Your to-do list, handled. Send Brea a text in iMessage and let it take it from there. Free, with every feature included.
